The Mother’s Day 5k Run/Walk Program is an exciting opportunity to get in shape with Mom and the whole family!

Shape up with our eight week coached training program

Get your company involved and network at our weekly runs and socials

Start a healthy regular exercise routine that will focus on building an individualized fitness program for a lifetime!
You can also just Run or Walk the 5K!

$20 if you pre-register by May 6th, 2009.

$25 if you register after May 6th, 2009 or day of race.
Or join our 1-mile Family Fun Run!

$40 for family-of-4 if you pre-register by May 6th, 2009.

$15 for individual child or adult if you pre-register by May 6th, 2009.

Race Day registration – $45 per family-of-4 or $20 individual.
