Iron Chef on DVD. You can never get enough Iron Chef. Iron chef is one of those television shows that you click past while channel surfing and say to your self “What the hell is this”. Then one day you start watching it and get hooked. Now Iron chef is available on DVD.
This is a link to the Iron Chef America DVD which, in my opinion, should never have been made, or a least, never been named Iron Chef anything–I would love to see Iron Chef on DVD, but the ORIGINAL Japanese version, not this monstrosity.
Thanks for the comments. Iron Chef Japan is great, I love it. Its truer to the art form of cooking. Iron Chef America is more of a TV show Format where to man executives have there hands in things. It can be really entertaining some time though. Food network in general seems to be turning more into a market driven network looking appeal to the demo graphics. All the serious hard core shows are gone. I used to love Mario Batali making some crazy rustic dish from a region in Italy the size of one city block. Some of the shows on t there just suck and need to go. Unwrapped, Semi Home Made with Sandra Lee. Its not even entertaining.
